Digital art purchase terms

Digital artworks are displayed at €50 each. Stripe processes payments. The final checkout shows the applicable payment and tax details. The gallery operator is Freddy Bremseth. Merchant contact, VAT registration if applicable, applicable jurisdiction and statutory consumer information must be reviewed and completed before digital sales are activated.

After Stripe confirms payment, the return link provides temporary access to the purchased file through a private download URL. Keep the confirmation link private. If the file is temporarily unavailable, retain your Stripe confirmation and contact the gallery through the main website so the purchase can be fulfilled or resolved.

The purchaser requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that a statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins, subject to applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights; any statutory exception must be supported by the required checkout notices and confirmation. Digital purchases grant the personal-use license, not exclusive rights. Printed works are not sold on this website until a print provider is linked to the relevant artwork; that provider's shipping, pricing, tax and return terms will govern that separate transaction.
