Art purchase terms

Digital artworks marked as available are sold for €50 each. Physical print prices, available sizes and delivery charges are shown before checkout when a print is available. Stripe processes customer payments. The gallery operator is Freddy Bremseth. Merchant contact details, VAT registration if applicable, applicable jurisdiction and statutory consumer information must be reviewed and completed before live sales are enabled.

Digital delivery. After Stripe confirms payment, the return link provides temporary access to the purchased file through a private download URL. The purchaser requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that a statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins where applicable law permits this and the required consent has been obtained. Digital purchases grant the personal-use license, not exclusive rights.

Physical prints. Eligible artworks may be manufactured and shipped by Prodigi as print-on-demand products. The checkout shows the selected format, destination and price before payment. The seller remains responsible for the customer transaction; using a fulfilment provider does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Delivery estimates are estimates, and manufacturing or carrier delays can occur.

If a physical print arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the ordered product, or does not arrive, contact the gallery through freddybremseth.com with the Stripe confirmation and relevant photos or delivery information. Any cancellation, return or withdrawal right will be handled according to the law that applies to the transaction and the final published returns policy; no statement here limits mandatory consumer rights.

A payment, download or fulfilment error can be reported through the same contact route. Keep the Stripe confirmation private so the purchase can be located and resolved.
